Coops and Hutches Direct is offered by Hahn Trading Direct Pty Ltd (ABN: 90 625 890 048), an established online retail business based in Capalaba, Brisbane. We are dedicated to providing quality products to private customers at the lowest prices, and buy in bulk from the original manufacturers wherever possible. Our office is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and our friendly customer service team is committed to giving you the best service possible. Payment options
We can take payment by credit or debit card either online or by telephone. Or you can pay directly by EFT or bank transfer, or simply send us a cheque. Credit/debit card is the fastest because we receive your money instantly and we can accept Visa/Mastercard (but regrettably not Diners/Amex); EFT/bank transfer can take a little longer depending on your bank (our account is with ANZ).If choose to pay by cheque we will send out your goods as soon as the cheque clears.
Payment security
We use ANZ's secure payment system because we believe it to be one of the most secure means of credit/debit card payment on the internet. All payment information will be passed between you and their secure server using industry-standard encryption technology, and to provide you with an additional level of security we will never receive your card details - we will only be provided with your name, billing/delivery address and order information. We are also registered for the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs - if you have not yet signed up for an online pin number/password with your bank you are still very welcome to use our site, but for your own internet security we would recommend you to do so.
Data Protection
We take protection of your data extremely seriously. We never keep any credit card information once a payment has been completed, and we will never sell on your personal details or divulge them to anybody else except where a courier needs them to deliver your goods or provide tracking information. All data is held on secure servers with strong firewalls, constantly updated anti-virus mechanisms and excellent physical security. So if you ever get spam or annoying sales calls, you can be absolutely sure they didn't get your details from us!
